New Promotions at ASR Pro

We are pleased to announce the recent promotions of three key executives.

Karn Ratana has been promoted to Chief Technology Officer. Ratana boasts eight years in the software engineering industry and has spent the majority of his career developing automotive industry software systems. Karn joined ASR Pro as a Senior Software Engineer in 2009.

Charles Fordin has been promoted to Executive Vice President.  In this role, he will spearhead the company’s initiatives and future development plans. Previously, Fordin served as Vice President of Dealership Operations.

Spencer Burgon has been promoted to National Director of Training Services.  In his new role, he will be responsible for the training and development of new trainers in the field as well as follow up training for existing ASR Pro customers. . Prior to this role, Burgon served as a Regional Training Director for ASR Pro.
